Support from management
The problems that occurred where never really taken care off, more like just swept under the rug and resumed working.
A lot of immaturity but overall everyone had one goal, finish the work so we can leave on time which was good.
Freedom to work independently
In my department the workload was fairly distributed but in other departments, some people had more work then others, causing them to ststay later.
This company is a great starter job, but not somewhere you can move up.
Working times started between 7-9 depending on department and there was no guarantee at what time you would leave. There were days we didn't leave till 10.
What I like about the company
The work is easy to pick up if you pay attention during training. I enjoyed the events, such as the Christmas party. I also enjoyed the pay, they still paid you for the extra time worked.
What I dislike about the company
I didn't agree with the micromanagement style they decided to use, it was just too much. Also communication was not good which is very important. The time working was also a negative because you were never guaranteed a set time you could leave, it was always when the work is done.
