- Recognize CHS for who they are.
I dislike about the employer
Its not Sharon Regional it is CHS (Community Health Systems)Corporate, for profit which has taken the true focus away from the patients. RN's treated like chess pieces with little respect for their issues. Unsafe staffing levels. If CHS determines in their mind that your salary is "too high" AND that you are over 60, despite your great performance, experience and knowledge your position will be eliminatated under the pretense of "budget cuts."
