- The pay rate could change based on the about of work you do
I have worked for this company 10 years. They have helped me in numerous ways including time off during the sickness and passing of both of my parents
A couple of negative is the attendance point system. The work to life balance with a family isn’t taken into consideration. You get 9 points and you’re fired no questions asked. Also pretty much to get a promotion you have to know someone to help youout.
