Suggestions for improvement
- Hire new managers that want to do the job and worry about what is going on in their departments not every where else. The managers went to the Disney training but they are definitely not using what they were taught.
What I like about the company
The people I worked with was a key. Some of the people would go above and beyond to help each other. The majority owner in the company is a great owner.
What I dislike about the company
The management would not communicate the right information and then make it as if they never spoke to you about an issue. Some of the managers seem to see the money they are making is more important then the job position they are hired for. When the brother of the co-owner take more time off for vacations then the owners I see that as a problem.
