Support from Management
Limited support in the schools.
Principals work together to support one another.
Level of Autonomy
Decisions are made by district leadership (primarily non-educators do not have a clear understanding/vested interest in the community/children).
Terrible communication from senior leadership
Low staff morale.
Suggestions for improvement
- Leadership needs to focus on the children and not personal gain (lots of hiring of friends who have no knowledge of the education field). The current cabinet has little to no educators on the team.
