I Don't Recommend This!
What I like
There is an adversarial relationship between the Shelbyville County Board of Education and it's teachers. This relationship also exists within most schools, between administrators and teachers.
What I dislike
Teachers are not compensated very well for the work that is expected or for their leven of responsibility. Salary increases are based on student performance, something that ver which teachers do not have total control. Eech year for the last decade health insurance costs more and more out of pocket. The "stress-to-compensation" ratio is out of balance.
