Suggestions for improvement
- Having a better communication with there employees. Having more meetings and working out the issues and concerns that each employee has. Giving award months like on performances and feedback from customers being able to praise them from time to time. It feels good to be reminded
What I like about the company
The postive personal experiences I have had during the years I been with the company. Have been with a few co-workers. I had the privilege to know some real positive energetic ambitious hard workers. Who continue to show up and perform there duties. They can keep a smile even when times are rough.
What I dislike about the company
They don't really bother to want to listen when we want to heard. Never communicating enough and only accusing one another when something goes wrong. Having the district manager hiring her 2 sisters as managers. And other sibling as the book keeper. Not to mention her brother too as a employee. Never really giving us a fair chance to move up. Very upsetting I thought it was against the law.
One other thing, not having breaks when we are supposed to. So much more
