No leadership at all
No team work.. Its all about making sure they are alright not the team...
NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL THRU OUT THE DEPARTMENTS
They say they hire within the company but they do not. I applied for the front desk manager position twice and both times i was past up for someone was front desk manager material. They also wanted me to train a manager. Which is not right. How do a front desk agent train a front desk manager. Not a good look at all.
