Nepotism had resulted in people who are not qualified to be in high positions, which has a serious impact on the department.
None. Absolutely no effort made to include others, to bond teams, to raise morale, etc.
No work-life balance. Had to work 10-12 hours daily, evenings, and weekends just to try to do everything required.
