- Sherman and Howard07.Dec 2015
Does not care about employee morale, about fair treatment, about complaints from underlings.
Support from management
Nepotism had resulted in people who are not qualified to be in high positions, which has a serious impact on the department.
None. Absolutely no effort made to include others, to bond teams, to raise morale, etc.
No work-life balance. Had to work 10-12 hours daily, evenings, and weekends just to try to do everything required.
Crazy high turnover
Suggestions for improvement
- ALL departmental leadership of non-attorneys needs to be reviewed. Hire according to need--no more requiring one person to do three full-time jobs. Improve morale. Cut down on turnover. Offer better benefits.
What I like about the company
There was not much to like, unfortunately. It's a grim, glum place full of people who never smile, has high turnover, extremely low morale, substandard benefits, and a lot of leadership issues.
What I dislike about the company
Required to work every evening, every weekend, no lunch breaks, unreasonable deadlines, little communication, politics count but results do not, the list goes on
The following benefits were offered to me
