Suggestions for improvement
- It would help the firm if they valued their employees. Morale is important, as is employee retention. Get rid of incompetent and abusive managers.
I like about the employer
There wasn't much that I liked. I got to the point where I dreaded coming into work every day.
I dislike about the employer
No work/life balance at all. Morale is extremely low in all departments, as evidenced by the large amount of turnover. No training, must work 75-100 hours weekly, no merit raises, just a bleak place to be.
