Suggestions for improvement
- Stop playing favoritism with your employees such a great multi-billion dollar company that strives for the best . Still does not truly care about your employees it's all politics I get it . It's life there is so much to work on but at the end of the day it is all about production and gains ! As long as the company is making money everyone is happy. What about who we really are and what we want to achieve in the long term .? No ! Every person for themselves !
What I like about the company

Where do I even start ? It's all preference you move up with Sherwin when upper management wants you to ! Who ever is qualified and has a college degree gets bumped to the front of the line ! Your 5-8 years of service don't really matter unless you have proven yourself. For a company that promotes equality respect ? You must impress your superiors otherwise look elsewhere to get ahead in the company ! They don't like you! They will do everything in their power to get rid of you.
