Suggestions for improvement
- Monitor onsite management more closely for their investments in the day to day operations.
Most employees where great to work with. Store groups seemed to get along well, but not much love for corporate pride.
Poor quality management, promoting employees to manager with only 1-2 yrs experience, not enough experience for running stores.
No autonomy must follow corporate cut out.
When I fist started women working at the stores very rare, last 8yrs increased greatly
