Suggestions for improvement
- HOLD DMs more responsible for ensuring their stores are treating all employees fairly. Everything is not about sells, a company is only as good and as strong as its employees....
I like about the employer
Benefits are excellent and HR has put processes in place to inspire a healthy work life balance and diverse working group.
I dislike about the employer
They do not enforce the policies they have in place. There are hours allowances and a culture that "frowns" on overtime but one employee can be worked over every week for MONTHS and no one steps in even after the employee expresses unfair treatment. MOST corporate processes are not reviewed and strictly enforced on a store level.
