Support from Management
There isn't much support at all
Suggestions for improvement
- I think all of the higher ups need to go work in the stores for a few days to see what its like at the store level. They are constantly increasing their expectations and they dont understand why everything doesnt get done. We are completely overworked and underpaid. Thats why so many of the mtp's are leaving and going elsewhere for more money.
I like about the employer
As a company i dont realky like Sherwin Williams but i do like the job itself. I enjoy the contractors that come in for paint and supplies as well as the homeowners that come in who need my help picking out colors and wallpapers.
