absolutely not!!!! They very rarely commend an employee for going above and beyond but are quick to bring to attention your faults. They trust no one. Even if the company made a mistake they will find fault in their employee and dock their pay for it.
Support from Management
there are too many people in charge and none of them work on the same page as the other. One might tell you one thing and the other will tell you to do something different and in the end your the one doing wrong.
