The equipment is constantly down/inoperational, the tooling is in disrepair and there is no skilled labor that can address these issues, corporate has left this location to fend for itself. This company will not stay open much longer in this condition.
You are expected to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week but they will not tell you that in the interview/hiring process. As a salaried employee, you can have no life at all...the calls, texts and emails are all day and all night nearly every day. Normal hours per week are anywhere from 60-80 hours between work and home (yes you are required to work from home as well, you can NEVER get away) with NO bonuses, comp time or overtime. This company is progressively getting worse, it is mismanaged and, for lack of a better term, falling apart.
