They higher non-American workers because they can pay them as little as possible.
Suggestions for improvement
- Take the time to teach your employees and don't take all your information from any employees that are threatened by any new workers.
What I like about the company
No matter who you were they'take the chance to get to know you.
What I dislike about the company
They text you when they feel like docking your pay or telling you they don't have enough money to keep you on staff. Management will bully you and teach you nothing while expecting you to know everything already.
