Keeping some the new employees to unstanded what it takes to do the job and stay with their job and not leave the job or doesn't want come back. These are the young kids that comes out schools or in high school still. I don't know.
more consist on raise, not just 50cents, need to be more than that, more open minded with working with those with disabilities and working in cashier position. I've strived for years to be treated as equal, and I haven't been trained register. This is an mandatory knowledge for all employees.
