Morale is always low. Employee success is expected, not recognized.
Support from Management
Leadership does not engage with employees any more than they have to.
Team members generally work well together to support each other.
Level of Autonomy
Meetings are infrequent. Employees are not usually informed about results, successes and profits.
The culture seems to discourage training and development as it takes employees away from their job.
