Morale is always low. Employee success is expected, not recognized.
Support from management
Leadership does not engage with employees any more than they have to.
Team members generally work well together to support each other.
Freedom to work independently
Meetings are infrequent. Employees are not usually informed about results, successes and profits.
The culture seems to discourage training and development as it takes employees away from their job.
Overall compensation for your work
Barely over minimum wage. No health, dental or vision.
Office / Work Environment
Employees are expected to eat their lunch at the desk and not leave the building. Many end up working through their lunch.
I've seen worse...but not often.
Employees talk about looking for other opportunities and some do leave. For others it is easier to stay and complain.
No elevator for a two-story office building.
It's mind numbing repetitive work.
Inclusive / Diverse
No, absolutely not. There is no diverse thinking encouraged at all.
Suggestions for improvement
- Care about and recognize the people working for you. They care about how shoppers and clients see you.
What I like about the company
Working with shoppers.
What I dislike about the company
