Suggestions for improvement
- It is time to take a good look at the Administrative Director level. If 10% of you staff is departing over a period of 10 months, you need to take a realistic look at the mission statement "we respect each other".
What I like about the company
Before 2011, the sense of family and people first. Since they built the new tower, it is all about money.
What I dislike about the company
They are in such financial trouble, they are eroding everything that was positive about working there. Healthcare is stressful, and there is no longer empathy for family concerns.
