Dead end job, there are no advancement opportunities, and annual raises don't even cover inflation.
Suggestions for improvement
- Retraining or removal of everyone in middle management.
- Software that doesn't "glitch" and overcharge customers or short employees pay checks.
What I like about the company
I have some autonomy, but I am one of very few who do.
What I dislike about the company
The corporate culture is gone. Nobody cares about anything or anybody anymore.
