Support from management
Zero leadership on most issues. Numerous conference calls and meetings with slot of lip service about goals but you basically just do as you please because their is little follow up to any ideas.
Get all promises in writing in the form of a contract . High employee turnover here. Don't quit a good job and think you can advance your career here. Everyone is a lone gun.

- If the owners/managers would actually follow through on their ideas they may actually see the positive results .
