No trust, promotions works on merits of whom you are friends with or whom are you sleeping with.
Support from management
The company works like high school. Make friends with the right people and you will be ok. Upper management does not have your back with the customer and no matter whether things are against company policy, they will still do them.
Every man/woman for itself. Jealousy and back stabbing is abundant.
Freedom to work independently
One of the positive things in here is that you have a lot of freedom as far as how to handle the customer.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There is the idea that older employees are less valueble than younger ones.
Overall compensation for your work
Pretty standard benefits, they do give a bonus at the end of the year. Is not a lot but helps to pay holiday bills. Pay is ok for someone right out of college looking to get some real world experience. well below other companies in the IT field.
You will always have a job here unless you do something very very stupid. They have a hard time getting quality people (may be related to poor pay) but once you are hired, you would have to really mess something up and multiple times.
