From my first week I felt the departments were divided with no link between them. Departments talked but it was 'us against you' language
Support from Management
Management sets unreasonable expectations but gives no support nor time.
The only ones I was able to depend on were immediate team members.
Level of Autonomy
Micromanage style. No one can dispute procedure. Management dictates how it's to be done
