Suggestions for improvement
- Human resources needs to be fair and make decisions after taking the information from both sides. Dont just make decisions and let people go ,and give a bull crap excuse ,say position being eliminated and hire someone else to fill the spot. Needs to be fair. Also do not trust managers ,that can keeps personal information and conversation you have with them to be kept confidential. Very unbiased management.
What I like about the company
As a company, I liked working for Sierra Circuits Inc, what I liked most was , it was a very challenging job and the decision I was making was very critical to the company to meet delivery deadline
What I dislike about the company
Very unfair management and very poor human resources staff.
The reason given to me during lay off was , they were eliminating my position ,that's why I was let go.
Through out the whole company , there was only one position being eliminated was mine.
6 months later , there refill the position by hiring someone else.
