Management often appeared only to care about advancing themselves.
Dysfunctional to say the least. Executives did not always effectively communicste needs and cross department communication was very ineffective

Added benefits do not make up for low payomg salaries

- Move away from back door agreements between buddies, and work towards what you say you are working toward
