- Fix the toxic work environment.
I like about the employer
You could take days off and vacation days without any type of hassle
I dislike about the employer
The work environment was toxic. The technical support department was understaffed and underpaid. Some people where expected to do more workload than other employee's. Some technical support staff was expected to make up for lack of personal and lack of work or just enough work to earn a paycheck of other employee's. This employee's where the supervisor favorites. When this issues where brought up to the supervisor they where ignored. Favorites where not held accountable for their lack of service but non favorites where severely reprimanded if extremely dissatisfied customers cases where passed on to the supervisor. Most of this cases did not involve technical issues but issues with the dealers and company policies. Due to the toxic working environment some employee's would harass and bully other employee's that were non-favorites since they can get away with it. Their was no room for advancement, no pay-raise even if you were doing the work of more than one employee. Their was no recognition for hard work. Only employee that knew how to get on the supervisor favorite list where recognize for doing the minimal amount of work required to earn a pay check.
