Suggestions for improvement
- HR should review company culture and pay attention to employee complaints. Also, hire Managers who have experience being Managers, just because they know someone. About 80% of the people I interacted with weren't interviewed by HR, but by inexperienced managers. Hence the lack of a solid company culture.
What I like about the company
Nothing really. It was a means to an end for me after I realized what was going on.
What I dislike about the company
I was treated like an outsider. If you're not part of the gang, you'll be ostracized and eventually kicked out. Don't even think about getting promoted or getting a raise. If you're not a vindictive person who can work in an environment enveloped by unhealthy competition, stay away. Too much backstabbing and gossiping takes place on a daily basis. Try getting the job done better than most people and you immediately become a target of a vindictive co-worker. HR turns a blind eye to everything. By far, the worst place I ever worked. It won't to me happen ever again. Once bitten, twice shy.
