Support from management
The leaders have either been in there position for awhile and don't care for the job anymore because they are ready to retire; or they don't have mgmt background. The old time mgrs don't take the time to train them properly and they end up managing with no knowledge how too.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to listen to the the real reasons why employees who have been there for 5+ yrs are leaving. The management style needs to change.
