Supervisors avoid commending employees as it upsets the owners

Management pays little attention to even work load distribution.
There are no regular meetings for employees. The rare meetings are to criticize employees
Management is Misogynist clearly preferring male employees
Attitude towards older colleagues
Senior workers are recieve preferential treatment and are partly to blame for lack of incentives for Junior employees treated
There is no criteria for advancement in the company. Training Opportunities apear based upon nepotistic considerations and not on work values or performance
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries are paid on time. Wages and Salaries do not match responsibiities
Office / Work Environment
Working conditons are average except the company will not hire janitorial staff and suffers accordingly

Vacation days cannot be taken at any time. Management is arbitrary as to if they will or will not permit time off
Employees tend to say nothing or criticize the company and it's managers. The company does not enjoy a good reputation in the community and has lost market share to better competitors.
Management prefers to keep employees in a state of fear for their Jobs
The company discriminates against disabled people and will not hire any disabled persons
The company provides absolutely no training in regards to work place safety
There are no financial incentives or working benefits that reward accomplishment.THs is a minimum spec employer

Input form employees is not accepted. Management maintains an adversarial relationship of them versus us. High turn over rate
Suggestions for improvement
- This is a family business stuck in out dated management techniques. Income is good despite exploitation of employees. Employee turn over is high but acceptable to management. Improvement is really not a possibility.
- Annual performance reviews of managers with employee input could help but would not be permitted by management.
