Suggestions for improvement
- Management training - not leadership, but tactical supervisory skills training. In addition, I'd restructure the management of staff and put leaders who are good at managing in charge of people, and keep those who aren't out of those positions. And if you lose some senior people (meaning $) because of it, so be it. The company is greater than any individual.
What I like about the company
The people are phenomenal - the best in the world at what they do, and willing to share that knowledge to develop others. The culture of the company is build around learning, and a great deal of investment is made in learning and development opportunities. In addition, the company has an industry leading benefits package - they spend more on benefits as a % of payroll than just about any company in any industry out there. You will work hard, but you will be recognized and rewarded for the work.
