Support from Management
There is absolutely no communication within this company between Management & Non-Management, which results in No Trusts.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire all management & replace with qualified people. Present President of Company is a Maintenance Supervisor of large equipment.
- Hire within company. Don't promote with the "friend" or "good ole' boy" mentality. Promote by qualifications, & quality of work.
- A well trained employee is sometimes a better employee than a college graduate.
- Share the wealth & all communication with the employees that have proven work habits and many years of loyalty with company.
- Trust & Communication need to be the strengths not our weaknesses.
