- Sirens Television Development, LLC31.Jan 2017
Clique-y, overworked and disorganized culture with a "fend for yourself" climate. You learn a lot about the business of media; but don't expect your hardwork to payoff in terms of getting re-hired. Absolutely NO loyalty here; just paychecks.
Teamwork is decent here because of the shared struggle of being overworked.
Freedom to work independently
Work at your own pace, but must meet your deadlines.
Office / Work Environment
CYA at all times. Take NOTHING for granted as far as expecting clear direction from upper management.
Absolutely 0 loyalty. Get your experience and move one. Company doesn't value it's employees in the slightest.
Inclusive / Diverse
No diversity at all. Very apparent that inclusion is not a priority in hiring; but rather a keep it a girl's club of a certain persuasion.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get a real HR department and diversify your business!
What I like about the company
Learn much about the media industry through a lot of hands-on work.
What I dislike about the company
No loyalty to employees, clique-y/high school/nepotism atmosphere/overworked/disorganized
