Fairness is not practiced. Yelling and speaking down to employees is the culture

Bullying is the management style enforced by the CAO.
Suggestions for improvement
- Truly see the root of the problem. It cannot be everyone else. CAO needs to leave she is destroying what could be a good company

What I dislike about the company
CAO made bullying acceptable. She enforced an environment of fear and isolated employees. There was no professionalism it's who she likes and pick on the rest. Humiliation and disrespect are a way of life.
