Overall inter-personnel interaction is pleasant & helpful.
Support from management
Management has tendency NOT to listen to it's supervisors, but supervisors are always supportive of staff.
Office services and facilities teams always on the lookout to help each other. However, management is not always on the same page, which can cause confusion for team staff.
Freedom to work independently
Independence can be hampered by micro-managing from management to supervisor, but overall not too bad.
Management and upper management are not always on the same page, causing occasional confusion and unnecessary stress/hustle among staff.
Lack of female supervisors, though management is headed by a woman. Also, lack of male executive secretaries/administrative assistants.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Not a problem.

Overall compensation for your work
If you are a contracted worker, there is NO compensation for your overtime...and the work will occasionally require overtime.
Office / Work Environment
Office services and facility services are poorly situated for office space....request for equipment updates are unnecessarily slow.
Overall pleasant and helpful
Demands of job leave little time for any after hours activity or personal activities scheduling (unnecessary complications to apply for personal day off unless extreme emergency).
Overall company image is good.
None for contractual or temporary workers.
Wheel chair accessible bathrooms...work stations easily adaptable.
