Suggestions for improvement
- Stop putting 15 year olds in charge. Have people available to answer questions. clean up the Guest Relations are. Get the lost and found are out of there. Use people for their knowledge. They will not quit so quickly.
What I dislike about the company
not using employees education and/or knowledge to the best. stop putting 15 year olds in charge of 50 year olds...
