Support from management
My direct supervisor would make inappropriate comments daily. My store manager would go through my belongings and yell at me and degrade me due to my race.
Young staff that don't work together
Zero communication. Contacted HR for support due to feeling violated. They told me to quit or find a new store. Refused to investigate their managements behavior.
