No training. The owner is never on site. No handbook or book of SOPs. No job description, no working budget, poor communication

What I dislike about the company
Filled with false promises. Was promised health insurance and never got it. Asked many times - no response from owner. Absolutely no training. Sat there for 3 weeks before even given access passwords to software. Never was trained on software left to figure it out on my own. Pay checks bounced, landlord issues be dragged into everyday business. Owner trying to run from landlord process servers.
