Management is very unorganized and lots of miscommunication. A very 'like it or get out' environment. Favoritism is shown.
Favoritism is shown. A new hire with no prier experience could receive a higher pay per hr than someone who has been working with the company for some time.
Pay raises do not happen, no furthing opportunities aside from part time to full time.
