There's not a lot of fairness. Micromanage because they want to see you slip so they can look good for calling you out.
Support from Management
Management cares more about ego than the well being of their employees. Can be hostile.
Just like leadership, its about ego and most people don't get along
Some managers don't listen or listen to suggestions or feedback
Preferential treatment and favoritism in stores and district.
