Suggestions for improvement
- Better communication skills and keeping in contact with all field technicians, regardless of whether they have work or not. Making sure that all employee information is kept up to date, contact information, banking information, etc. Checking for work for the field techs when they ask for it and returning phone calls or emails.
I like about the employer
On call IT help desk and field work, great pay for work and negotionable. Travel paid, from $15.00 up to $40.00 per hour based on the work load and scope. Flexible hours, paid overtime, and paid expenditures such as added travel, materials used, overnight stay etc.
