Suggestions for improvement
- More recognition and more workers
Fear is what influence the behavior at work.
Managers are so complacent and disengaged.
Not enough space to put how unfair the work load is.
If you are not part of management, you fund out information from other employees outside of your unit.
I believe that they actually do.
Lots of employees feel that they are trapped and the specific location of the Smithsonian where I worked, people call it the last stop before you are fired.
