Each individual is considered differently, if you are a yes man, you are trusted more, and advanced. Whether, you are able to do the job or not.
Support from management
Employee's are not involved in decision making, the owners make all decisions.
Some of the employee's work well together, some will not work as a team.
Freedom to work independently
Good hard working employees are treated the same as the ones that, do nothing.
We have very few meetings if any, for company discussion.
Women are clearly viewed as a lower class at this business.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Age does not guarantee a good job here. The owners prefer to hire highschool or college age employees. Not really expecting any work to get done. The older employees tend to do all the work, while the kids play for pay.
There is no chance of advancement at the company, unless you have no morals.
Overall compensation for your work
There are no benefits at this company, other than getting paid to be present, and showing up for work when ever you want. Salaries should match effort, in a perfect world, here the yes man makes more than the worker.
Office / Work Environment
Basically you are paid to baby-sit a store. Every now and then, speak to a customer.
Fair trade, yes. Climate, no.
You can take of any time you want, prefer at least a weeks notice though
Company is talked up, for the like of the employer, not for the like of company policies. This image does reflect reality.
No job is safe in TN, it is a hire/fire at will state. With no reason given.
No tools, or resources are provided by the employer.
No training is provided. You are hired, placed in position of work and set free to work.
I am very proud of our products and their reputations
Inclusive / Diverse
It's a 50 / 50 thing here.
