- Appreciate your employees! Change the monthly expense to a paycheck and reimburse you employees work related expenses.
I like about the employer
The ability to make my own schedule and freedom to get things done.
I dislike about the employer
The training is very limited, no marketing at all and competing with my own company. EQS will sell the competitors equipment over there own.
