Suggestions for improvement
- Don't replace employees that are dependable and loyal then with upper management to improve routes. Sometimes the grass seems greener on the other side of the fence however the company has found this out with me. Don't set your routes up with primarily dealerships and expect a dealer or company store to meet the expectations of the company as this is unrealistic. The company should have different expectations of these routes when it comes to weekly goals if the route doesn't have a good variety of businesses.
