What I dislike about the company
The managers, be ready for micromanaging and the best part- the manager has never done staffing or been a recruiter so she has no idea what she is talking about. The branch manager will make you stay until your job is done and this could be 3-4 hours of staying late without pay. Going to lunch or leaving for a break is frowned upon however the manager will take her part time recruiter (and best friend) to lunch daily for hours.
