Suggestions for improvement
- Allow people to do their jobs. Listen to the feedback you say you want to hear. Remember you have to spend money to make money and there are other ways to improve finances than constantly laying people off.
I like about the employer
The people you work with are amazing and are what keep you going. Great products.
I dislike about the employer
Leadership needs to allow people to do what they hired them to do. Micromanagers which inhibit progress constantly.
No stability- layoffs continuously.
People are afraid to speak up, share ideas or provide real feedback.
