Felt as if there were other people ready to snitch if you were a minute late from lunch.
Support from Management
No working structure. No formal HR department to voice concerns.
Not enough formal training on part of the paralegals just starting.
Suggestions for improvement
- Formally establish a hierarchy so that employees aren't intimidated to go to someone for help.
