Suggestions for improvement
- They need experience and need to be open minded to improvements
- No paid leave or sick time. When it is slow (September-March) you get an average of 3 hrs a day which is not good when you have a family. Many days you will clock in at 8am and be asked to leave at 9:30 am.
- So much lack of organization that $1000's of inventory comes up missing all the time and employees are accused and then nothing is implemented to correct the issues (No CAPA's)
What I like about the company
Involved with some soccer leagues
What I dislike about the company
Family owned and they are very rich from it. There is no room for growth or when improvements are implemented the family members took it as a person attack. Whether it was in their department or not. When someone with experience would implement something that they did not understand it was just cast aside.
