Suggestions for improvement
- Pay rates that are more appropriate per an individual's experience would most likely deter turnover rates! And more transparency about advancing within the company would increase moral for sure.
What I like about the company
I received swift and thorough training at a location nearest my home. It was convenient and prepared me to jump right in as a monitor with no hesitations!
What I dislike about the company
I was quoted a higher pay rate during the time of my interview but received $2 less per hour and despite promising conversations about advancement, there didn't seem to be opportunities for me to move forward with this company.
